These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on ndvape.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Age restriction
We sell only to persons aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of age and cancel orders where age cannot be confirmed. Our products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.
2. Products and prices
- All prices are in euro (EUR). The price shown in the cart at checkout is final.
- Prices depend on the quantity ordered per model: 10–49 pcs, 50–99 pcs and 100+ pcs. The cart applies the correct price automatically; flavors of the same model are added together.
- Minimum order is 10 pieces per model (flavors can be combined).
- Product photos are for illustration; design and packaging may differ slightly.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious price errors. If this happens we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel the order.
3. Orders
After you place an order you receive a confirmation e-mail. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we suspect the buyer is under 18. Any payment already made will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Orders on the website are paid by card through Stripe. Larger or business orders can also be arranged via WhatsApp, where we may agree individual prices and payment by bank transfer.
5. Warehouses and delivery
- EU warehouse: delivery usually within 7 days.
- China warehouse: delivery usually within 10–15 working days after payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer due to customs, carriers or holidays. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. The risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered. Please check the parcel on delivery and report visible damage to the carrier and to us without delay.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by contacting us via WhatsApp. The goods must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging; you pay the cost of returning them. We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (such as disposable vapes and e-liquids) once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Complaints and warranty
If a product is faulty on delivery or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, contact us within the legal warranty period with your order number, a description and photos or video of the problem. We will replace the product, issue a refund or agree another solution. The warranty does not cover normal use (e.g. an empty e-liquid tank or a used-up battery in a disposable device), misuse or damage caused by the customer.
Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (Slovak Trade Inspection – SOI) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Customs and local law
You are responsible for making sure that the products you order may be legally imported, sold and used in your country, and for any import duties or taxes.
9. Personal data
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We may change these Terms; the version valid at the time of your order applies.
